Spinach Dip

This has always been a favorite at the holidays. I'm not sure why I don't make it more often. I suggest making it a day ahead so all the flavors come together. I normally like to serve it in a round pumpernickel rye loaf of bread. Just tear out the middle of the bread and use it for dipping.

Spinach Dip

16 oz of sour cream

1 c. mayo

1 pkg Knorr dry vegetable soup mix

1/4 c. onion, chopped

1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained really well

2 t. garlic powder

1 t. onion powder
