Caring For Your Cast Iron

In the past year I have acquired some family heirloom cast iron pans and a couple I have bought. I haven't had a chance to do too much with them but my mom has and when she posts the pictures they look yummy! (picture above is her apple pie in a cast iron skillet)

There may be many ways to clean your cast iron but when I came across this article I thought it might be good to share.
